Government has pleased to set up an Industrial Training Institute in the zero industry and backward district like Hinjlicut. It was started in August, 1981 named as Govt. ITI, Hinjlicut. This is about 4 kms from Govt. bus stand and 6 kms from railway station. One could reach at ITI moving from Collectorate traffic post towards Patnagarh road and take right turn at Shantipara Chowk towards Chandanvati road. It is 1.5 KM from Shantipara Chowk.
